Bookable Group Study Rooms

There are three Group Study Rooms within the Computer Lab on Level 0 of the Students' Association Building.  The Group Study Rooms can be booked between 9am and 9pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Each room has capacity for up to six people and has a dry erase wall and computer/plasma TV that can be logged in using your GCU student username and password. Do not bring additional furniture into the Group Study Rooms.

• GCU students can check in 15 minutes prior to booking start time 
• Bookings are automatically cancelled if a GCU student hasn’t checked in 15 minutes after the booking start time. This will result in the loss of your booking and you may need to vacate the space for another user with a valid booking.
• Bookings are for 1 hour and start on the hour.
• The minimum booking is for 1 hour. This is the deafult on the system.
• The maximum time for a single booking is 3 hours.
• GCU students can book a maximum of 6 hours per week.
• Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance.
• GCU students will receive an email confirmation when they book. This will have the check-in link and a check-in code as well as a cancellation link.
• GCU students will use their University Student Username and Password to make a booking.
• Please vacate the space promptly at the end of your booking, removing any rubbish.
